TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E49 OF 2021 By (1) Nathaniel Kipkirui Kimetto, (2) Edwin Kiprotich arap Kimetto and (3) Chepngeno Patriciah Kimetto, all of P.O. Box 158, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kimetta Maina, who died at Chepkemel, on 5th March, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
