TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 184 OF 2005 By Paul Kipkemoi Ngeno, of P.O. Box 337, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsielei Nyimko Rono alias Nyimkolo Kipsiele Rono, who died along Nakuru—Eldoret Road, on 19th February, 1995. CAUSE No. 104 OF 2011 By (1) Annah Chelangat Lel and (2) Philiph Kiptanui Bett, both of P.O. Box 189, Muhoroni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplel arap Chumo, who died at Kapchebwai Sub-location, on 22nd November, 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
