TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2021 By Kulsum Safdar Saeed, of P.O. Box 88780-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration of written will of Safdar Seifuddin Saeed, who died at Nyali, Mombasa, on 3rd January, 2021. CAUSE NO. E124 oF 2021 By (1) Fatima Muhammed and (2) Ahmed Muhamed Jaffer of Mbale, Uganda, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Jaffer, who died at Naivasha Hospital in Kenya, on 6th November, 2009, The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
