WHEREAS Diocese of Embu Registered Trustee, of P.O. Box 1499-69100, Embu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in sbsolutc ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 3.10 hectares or thereabout. situate in the district of Embu, repistered under title No. Gaturi/Nembure/3120, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the Jand title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided thai no vbjection has been received within that period.
