THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Thumi Gichuru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Ngariama/Rungeto/619, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the Judge of the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. E170 of 2021, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Lilian Karimi Simon (1D/33332121) and (2) ‘Fredrick Mugo Thumi ({D/23069405), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to (1) Lilian Karimi Simon (11D/33332121) and (2) Fredrick Mugo Thumi (ID/23069405), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier tothe said Thumi.
