NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of ‘Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Kazi Tunga, the registered owner of motor vehicle T!177 BYU, to take delivery of the said motoy vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of padlication of this notice, upon payment of all storage charges and cost of publication, failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against accrued charges and the balance, if any, shall remain at the owner's credit but should there be a shortfall, the owners shall be liable thereof, Dated the 25th January, 2022.
