WHEREAS (1) Kazungu Nzai Tsuma and (2) Changawa Nzai Tsuma, are registered as proprietors of that piece of land containing 5.4 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kilifi, known as Gede/Dabaso/263, and whereas as sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the transfer from Nzai Tsuma to (1) Kazungu Nzai Tsuma and (2) Changawa Nzai Tsuma, was done while the transferor, Nzai Tsuma Nzai, was deceased, 1 intend to cancel the transfer and revert the property to Nzai Tsuma Nzai for succession to be done.
