REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Waweru ole Koringo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 2.25 hectares or thereabout. known as Kajiado/Mailua/88, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Kajiado in succession cause No. 106 of 2017, has issued a grant in favour of Esther Wanjiku Waweru to be the registered as administrator or proprietor, and whereas the land title deed issued is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration in favour of the administrator, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Waweru ole Koringo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
