THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Pius Mbuvi Ndungo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of fand containing 0.8 hectare or thereabouts, known as Matinyani/Kalimani/897, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. E48 of 2021. has issued letters of administration to Mary Mbuvi, and whereas the land title deed issued to Pius Mbuvi Ndungo (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Pius Mbuvi Ndungo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect Dated the 28th January, 2022.
