THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kiptingei arap Rono (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Nandi/Ndalat/457, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the senior principal magistrate’s court at Kapsabet in succession cause No. 224 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of (1) Rebecca Chemaiyo Roben and (2) Ezekiel Kiprop, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission and issue the land title deed to (1) Rebecca Chemaiyo Roben and (2) Ezekiel Kiprop, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiptingei arap Rono (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
