THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Strawberry International Investments Limited, of P.O. Box 5950-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 330/202, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance, registered in Nairobi as Volume N32 Folio 446/9 File 10359, and whereas sufficient evidence has been 28th January, 2022 adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Land Registration Act No. 3 of 2012, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
