Box 40-10106, Othaya in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Wambugu Kiragu alias James W. Kiragu alias Wambugu Kiragu, who died at Kiahagu, Nyeri, on 8th January, 1996.
