TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 115 OF 2017 By Eliza Makokha Omung’ala, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Omung’ala Nandikule, who died at Lukohe, on 10th August, 1994. CAUSE NO. 122 OF 2017 By Andereya Kinyanyi Amwayi, the deceased’s uncle, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elly Amwayi Maina alias Eli Amwayi, who died at Muhaka, on 28th December, 1999. CAUSE NO. 123 OF 2017 By Rufina Nafula Mbayi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Mbayi Wabuko, who died at Mayoni, on 6th June, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
