TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 128 OF 2017 By Agnes Wanza Munyao, of P.O. Box 1222-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyao Musui, who died at Katine Sub- location, on 19th April, 2017. CAUSE NO. 130 OF 2017 By (1) Julius Mua Wambua and (2) Francis Masaku Wambua, both of P.O. Box 130-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabitha Nthoki Wambua, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 13th July, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
