CAUSE NO. 136 OF 2017 By (1) Kimeu Mutwiwa and (2) Solomon Mutinda Mutwiwa, both of P.O. Box 393-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutwiwa Kimandi, who died at Katine, Kangundo, on 12th September, 1991.
