TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 132 OF 2017 By (1) Patrick Kavita Kitaka, (2) Sebastian Paul Kivaa Kitaka, (3) Peter Ndungu Kitaka and (4) Stephen Munyao Kitaka, the deceased’s beneficiaries, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitaka Kivaa, who died at Isinga Sub-location, on 25th May, 1988. TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
