TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 116 0F 2017 By Benjamin Jerry Ofula, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wasiaya Daniel Ngwawe alias Daniel Wasia, who died at Watamu, on 16th November, 2013. CAUSE NO. 117 OF 2017 By (1) Richard Odongo Andayi and (2) Wilberforce Mani Akoolo, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Andayi Owanga alias Andayi Ohanga, who died at Watamu, on 17th October, 1987. CAUSE NO. 118 OF 2017 By Joseph Akama Keya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Keya Nashirobe, who died at Shikunga Sub-location, on 12th June, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
