TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: . 12th January, 2018 THE KENYA GAZETTE ; 97 CAUSE NO. 55 OF 2017 By Ruth Akoko Ogembo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akoko Ogembo Antipasa, who died on 23rd August, 2015. ° CAUSE NO. 69 OF 2017 By Victor Otieno Omoke, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dunstan Omoke Owich, who died on 24th December, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
