TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 38 OF 2017 By Joram Ogony Owiyo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owiyo Awinda, who died at’ Upper Kadongo Sub-location, on 10th May, 1975. : CAUSE NO. 45 OF 2017 By Sela Akeyo Obwanga, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of - letters of administration intestate to the. estate of Obunga Mbaye alias Hezron Obwanga Mbayi, who died at West Katieno Sub-location, on 10th August, 1969. CAUSE NO. 46 OF 2017 By Dismas Muya Buodo, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Olilo Buodo alias Olilo Bwodo, who died at Marera Sub-location, on 9th July, 1989. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the ; contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
