CAUSE NO. 259 OF 2017 By Alice Achieng Odhiambo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Edwin Odhiambo Rachilo alias John Edwin Odhiambo, who died on 23rd August, 2009.
