CAUSE NO. 111 OF 2017 By (1) George Mwaura Muya and (2) Raphael Kinya Muya, both of P.O. Box 950-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muya Gathangi, who died at Ngemwa, Githunguri, on 2nd June, 2015.
