TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: , we vet Se } 12th January, 2018 CAUSE NO. 270 OF 2017 By (1) Michael Ndungu Githua and (2) Bernard Njoroge Githua, both of P.O. Box 416, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Githua Njane alias Githua Njane, who died at Mang’u Sub-location, on 24th September, 1994. CAUSE NO. 293 OF 2017 By David Chege Thurunju, of P.O. Box 125, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoroge Chege alias Thurunju Chege, who died at Ituru Location, in 1963. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
