TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: ; CAUSE NO. 51 OF 2017 By (1) Felix Nzoka Kitema and (2) Dominic Nzoka Kakiti, both of P.O. Box 241-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kitema Kakiti alias John Nzoka Kakiti, who died at Neema Hospital in Kenya, on 19th March, 2012. . CAUSE NO. 265 OF 2017 By Nzomo Mulevi, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kalimbi Munguu, who died at Kitui Hospital in Kenya, on “3rd June, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
