TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: . CAUSE NO. 326 OF 2017 By (1) Arthur Muroka and (2) Sharon Ondondo, both of P.O. Box 99268-80107, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Nawire Ondondo, who died at University Hospital, Farnborough, on 10th July, 2017. CAUSE NO. 411 OF 2017 By (1) Mary Tamasha Tsenga and (2) Duncan Mbwana Kalua, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Frankline Mwangolo Mbwana, who died at Base Titanium, on 15th January, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
