TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court A CAUSE NO. 23 OF 2017 By (1) Eleen Kagendo Mbaka, (2) Bedford Mwenda Mbaka, (3) Kirimi Mbaka and (4) Margaret Karimi Mbaka, all of P.O. Box 45, Magumoni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jasper Mwathani Mbaka Kiraithe, who died at M.P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 1st September, 2016. CAUSE NO. 26 OF 2017 By Emilio Micheni Nduru, of P.O. Box 32, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Arimi Ibiuku, who died at Karongoni, on.28th October, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
