TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 22 OF 2017 By (1) Nancy Muringo Mung’ure, (2) Gladwell Wanini Mung’ure and (3) Anthony Gacharamu Mung’ure, all of P.O. Box 677, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Mung’ure Gacharamu, who died at Karatina Nursing Home, on 15th November, 2000. CAUSE NO. 23 OF 2017 By (1) Jane Wanjiru Munga and (2) Michael Andrew Njeru Munga, both of P.O. Box 1412, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Munga Njeru, who died at Majengo Sub-location, on Ist September, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
