TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 446 OF 2016 By (1) Miriam Wanjiku Kiarii and (2) Rachael Wairimu Kiarie, both of P.O. Box 133351, Nakuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiarie Kamano, who died on 22nd September, 1989. CAUSE NO. 645 OF 2016 By Ruth Wanjiru Karago, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliah Karago Ndinguri, who died at Wedo Sub-location, on 23rd February, 2006. CAUSE NO. 650 OF 2016 By Benson Ndegwa Wainaina, of P.O. Box 290, Molo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronica Wairimu Wainaina, who died at Set Cotes, on 14th October, 2007. CAUSE NO. 651 OF 2016 By (1) Agnes Wanjiku Mwangi and (2) Monica Njeri Ngomonge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Chege Mwangi, who died at Njoro, on Ist December, 2011. CAUSE NO. 251 OF 2017 By (1) Idah Wamuhu Ng’ang’a, (2) Salome Nyambugi Ng’ang’a and (3) Samuel Maina Ng’ang’a, all of P.O. Box 50535-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boniface Ng’ang’a Goko, who died at Milimani, on 8th April, 2012. CAUSE NO. 252 OF 2017 By (1) Idah Wamuhu Ng’ang’a, (2) Salome Nyambugi Ng’ang’a and (3) Samuel Maina Ng’ang’a, all of P.O. Box 50535-00100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Regina Wanjiku Njoroge, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 12th March, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
