Box 94, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptallam arap Ngetich alias Kiptallam N¢getich, who died at Kipkoriony, on 21st March, 1997. CAUSE NO. 66 OF 2017 By (1) Miriam Kipkosgei Tallam and (2) James Kipkoech Kosgei, of P.O. CAUSE NO. 69 OF 2017 By William Komen, of P.O. Box 53, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Komen Chelimo alias Kipkumon Chelimo, who died at District Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 24th May, 2017. CAUSE NO. 70 OF 2017 By (1) John Mouti Onguso and (2) Kerubo Mary Onguso, both of P.O. Box 133, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sylvester Nyambegera Onchonga, who died at Mercy Hospital in Kenya, on 15th December, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
