TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 74 OF 2017 By (1) Brian Paul Oswago and (2) Doreen Aoko Auma, both of P.O. Box 1, Magunga in Kenya, the deceased’s son and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Auma Akeyo Florah, who died on 29th August, 2013. CAUSE NO. 4 OF 2018 By Magret Adhiambo Otieno, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otieno Mgunda, who died on 20th July, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
