TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 29 OF 2016 By (1) Mogosi Mwita Nyakerenge and (2) Mbusiro Mwita Nyakerenge, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwita Nyakorenge Gituti, who died at Chinato, on 12th April, 2006. CAUSE NO. 32 OF 2017 By David Matiko Marwa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Bohembwe Mokarai alias Bohembwe Mokarei, who died at Bukira Central Sub-location, on 26th December, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
