TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 108 OF 2017 By (1) Ruth Atieno Achieng and (2) George Ouma Ogwenya, the deceased’s mother and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnson Ogwenya Ogal, who died on Ist February, 2014. CAUSE NO. 17 OF 2018 By Monica Adhiambo Adoyo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zephania Adoyo, who died on 11th January, 2003. CAUSE NO. 18 OF 2018 By Jackson Toto Atito, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aloice Ngeso Obade, who died on 24th March, 2009. CAUSE NO. 21 OF 2018 By Thomas Omondi Gor, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Agengo Gor, who died on 15th August, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
