TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: : CAUSE NO. 12 OF 2017 By Sprina Atieno Obuya, of P.O. Box 75, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elias Obuya Odera, who died at Kadera Kwoyo Sub-location, on 15th February, 1990. CAUSE NO. 22 OF 2017 By Samuel Odhiambo Aura, of P.O. Box 189, Rongo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onjure Aura, who died at Kamwango Sub-location, on 1st September, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
