Box 600, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ludoviko Walubiri Wabwoto alias Ludoviko Walubiri, who died at Namamali, on 22nd March, 1976. Box 600, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odongo Wabuoto Yusuf alias Odongo Wabwoto, who died at Namamali Sub-location, on 29th October, 1999. CAUSE NO. 116 OF 2017 By Lilian Omari Magero, of P.O. Box 160, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Martin Magero, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 11th June, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
