CAUSE NO. 37 OF 2017 By James Wafula Makokha, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Flora Makokha, who died at Imanga, on 13th April, 2004. : CAUSE No. 114 OF 2017 By Justine Muhenje Otsialo, of P.O. Box 2377, Bungoma in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Otsialo Sumba, who died at Emasinjira, on 16th September, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
