TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 158 OF 2017 By Selinah Jepchumba, of P.O. Box 9, Chemase in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimingat arap Lagat, who died on Ist May, 2016. CAUSE NO. 176 OF 2017 By Kesumo Maiyo, of P.O. Box 191, Kapsabet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoech arap Maiyo, who died on 22nd August, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
