TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 113 OF 2017 By James Mwangi Kamau, of P.O. Box 199, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Florah Wanjeri Kamau alias Florah Kamau Wanjeri alias Florah Wanjeri, who died at Gatangara Sub-location, on 6th September, 2012. CAUSE NO. 3 OF 2018 By (1) Samuel Kagechu Mwangi and (2) James Wakahiu Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 171, Kahuhia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Mathew Mwangi Matugu alias Mathew Mwangi Matugi alias Mathew Mwangi Shadrak Mutugu, who died at Kihoya, on 19th August, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
