TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 340 OF 2017 By (1) James Kimenyi Kimara, (2) Peninah Wambui Kariuki and (3) Chistine Nyakiringa Kimaara, all of P.O. Box 19, Wangige in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kimara Kamure alias Peter Kimara, who died at Chura Sub-location, on 14th June, 1999. CAUSE NO. 341 OF 2017 By (1) Lucy Wangari Makumi and (2) Stephen Njunge Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 277, Lower Kabete in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Serah Wangui Njoroge, who died at Chur Lower Kabete, on 23rd August, 2014. Box 19, Wangige in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arthur Njenga Kamure, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 25th December, 1991. CAUSE NO. 391 OF 2017 By Peter Mutarura Mwaura, of P.O. Box 73, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngerechi Wainaina, who died at Muguga, on 26th June, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
