CAUSE NO. 115 OF 2017 By Stephen Nzuve Mayoli, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mayoli Nzau, late of Lumbwa Location, who died at Maphombe Village, on 3rd march, 1974. CAUSE NO. 428 OF 2017 By Ciddy Mwende Tete, of P.O. Box 93100-80102, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Mutinda Kisau, late of Machakos, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 6th September, 2013.
