TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSENO. 64 OF 2017 By (1) Daniel Lemiso Naimodu and (2) James Olonana Naimodu, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patita ole Naimodu alias Naimodu Patita, who died at Esinoni Village, on 20th August, 2003. CAUSE NO. 65 OF 2017 By (1) Mary Bosibori Mose and (2) Patricia Ondari, the deceased’s widow and cousin, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Omwenga Ndanya, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd April, 2014. : CAUSE NO. 79 OF 2017 By Marrion Wangui Gichuho, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey Gichuho Thiogo, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 15th April, 1998. CAUSE NO. 80 OF 2017 By Samuken Enole Keshe, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Parkoyare Keshe alias Parkoyare ole Keshe, who died at Nkoben, on 12th December, 2000.
