TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 553 OF 2017 By Grace Wanjiku Gachugu, of P.O. Box 417, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Nyandia Gachugu, who died at Jamii Hospital in Kenya, on 5th March, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
