TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 20 OF 2018 By (1) Fredrick Njonge Wamuha and (2) John Gichuhi, both of P.O. Box 204, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Morris Wamuha alias Morris Wamuha Njonge, who died at Matura, on 31st December, 2004. CAUSE NO. 22 OF 2018 By Henry Gitau Nganga, of P.O. Box 25, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hannah Wambui Gitau, who died at Githunguri, Ngochi, on 28th July, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
