CAUSE No. 16 OF 2018 By (1) Everlyne Nafula Wekesa and (2) Violet Nasimiyu Malasi, both of P.O. Box 1645-50200, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Victor Malasi Mangula, who died at Watoya, on 15th June, 2012. CAUSE NO. 22 OF 2018 By (1) Helen Mutenyo Namasaka and (2) Jacquiline Naliaka Nabiswa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Timbiti Cheteka, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd October 2016.
