TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 30 OF 2017 By (1) Marris Wambua Ndeti and (2) Paul Mutisya Ndeti, both of P.O. Box 44, Ithanga in Kenya, fora grant of letters of administration Y 8th December, 2017 intestate to the estate of Morris Ndeti Mwikya. who died at St. Mulumba Hospital in Kenya. on 30th July, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice'in the Kenya Gazette.
