TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 4 OF 2016 By Michael Ngure, of P.O. Box 224, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Ngule, who died on the way to Coast General Hospital, on 17th ;, August, 1978. CAUSE NO. 70 OF 2017 By (1) Philes Nduku Kieke and (2) Lydia Kamene Kieke, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kieke Mutuku, who died on 14th September, 1996. CAUSE NO. 88 OF 2017 By Stanley Mutiso Mbindyo, of P.O. Box 1151-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, fot a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mbindyo Kiilu, late of Vyulya, Machakos, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 17th October, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. _ Dated the 11th July, 2017.
