TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 159 OF 2017 By (1) Ndili Muthoka, (2) Patrick Musembi Muthoka and (3) Mathias Mutula Kanyasya, all of P.O. Box 48, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanyasya Ng’athu Mulitu, who died at Katelembo. CAUSE NO. 163 OF 2017 By (1) Mary Mwikali Mwanzia and (2) Dominic Makee Musya, both of P.O. Box 65, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Musya Ngoko, who died at District Hospital, Makueni in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
