CAUSE NO. 382 OF 2017 By Francis Juma Wanyama, of P.O. Box 27, Ekitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Blasho Wanyama Thomas, who died at Bungoma, on 11th April, 2012. CAUSE NO. 439 OF 2017 By (Christopher Namunyala Mulago, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mulako Namunyala, who died at Tongaren, on 12th March, 1977. CAUSE NO. 482 OF 2017 By Francis Timona Panyako, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Fwaro Binga alias Panyako Fwaro Binga, who died at South Kanduyi, on 24th June, 2012. CAUSE NO. 508 OF 2017 By (1) Agnes Naswa Toili and (2) Beatrice Naliaka Toili, both of P.O. Box 2243, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bwile Wanyama Toili, who died at Siaka Village, on 21st October, 2010.
