Box 242, Khayega in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Antony Mukabwa Wichenje alias Anthony Mukabwa, late of Kakamega, who died at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Kenya, on 26th August, 2002.
