TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 11 OF 2017 By (1) Margret Ndunge Mutuku. and (2) Hellen Nduku Mutuku, ‘both of P.O. Box 389-90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harrison Mutuku Mulwa, late of Upper Kiandani, who died at Lower Kiandani, on 9th February, 2011. ; CAUSE NO. 99 OF 2017 By (1) Peter Nthungu Mutiso, (2) Julius Mutua Mutiso, (3) Anthony Kala Mutiso and (4) Fredrick Mutua Mutiso, all of P.O. Box ; 1331-90100, Machakos in Kenya. the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutiso Mumo Kalai, late of Iveti, who died at Machakos General Hospital in Kenya, on 15th September, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
