TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 278 OF 2017 By Moses Thiongo Thuo, of P.O. Box 309-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thuo Thiongo Gilbert, who died at Ndumberi, on 29th April, 1999. CAUSE NO. 455 OF 2017 By Agnes Wanja Macharia, of P.O. Box 140-00232, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moni Macharia, who died at St. Mary’s Rift Valley Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 30th October, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
