TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 322 OF 2017 By Sanjay Pandit, of P.O. Box 82680-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Madhurabala Manharlal Pandit, who died at Chennai at India, on 16th August, 2005. CAUSE NO. 417 OF 2017 By (1) Brian Eckert Hans and (2) Stanley Namayi Aura, both of P.O. Box 83639-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son and friend/caretaker, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hans George Eckert, who died at Nyali Estate, on 21st, April, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
